Frequently Asked Questions
Purpose and Mission
My goal is to equip students to develop a knowledge and love of music, so that they can share that same joy with others. I believe that music plays an important role in our worship to God, and it is my desire to cultivate a life-long love of godly music in my students.
I offer individualized one-on-one video lessons, providing the convenience and flexibility of learning from the comfort of your home. I take great pleasure in teaching students of all ages, tailoring each lesson to foster a positive, engaging, and effective music-learning experience.
Practice Time
To ensure steady progress, I ask that each student practice a minimum of 5 days a week. Each practice session should be equal in length to their weekly lesson. Assignments should be completed before the next lesson to allow us to move forward with confidence.
Scheduling
Scheduling a lesson is simple and convenient. To get started, please contact me through the contact form. I will respond promptly to arrange a consultation or evaluation. Lessons are held weekly at a mutually agreed-upon time that works for both the student and instructor.

$20 per half-hour lesson.
An invoice is emailed to you monthly with the total amount due. Payment is due upon receipt and can be made through convenient methods such as Venmo, Zelle, ACH, or Apple Pay. Prompt payment secures your lesson time and supports the efficient operation of the studio.

Attendance & Makeup lessons
Refunds are not issued for missed or canceled lessons. However, if advance notice is provided, I will do my best to schedule a makeup lesson before the next regularly scheduled lesson. While makeup lessons are not guaranteed, they will be offered when possible based on availability. I strive to respect your time and appreciate the same consideration in return.
Discontinuation of Lessons
Should a student/parent decide to discontinue lessons, a 30-day advance notice is requested. This transition period allows for the completion of current material and provides an opportunity to review and celebrate the student’s progress.
